Oxmoor Membership FAQ Sheet.

Q. What are the yearly required fees?
A. Your monthly dues and your quarterly food and beverage minimum are your main fees. The only other required yearly fee is the range fee. This is to have great condition range balls on the range year round for you and your guests.

Q. Does alcohol count towards my minimum?
A. No, although everything else does. Even what is bought from the beverage cart on the course.

Q. What are the locker fees?
A. Locker fees are $65 for a half locker and $85 for a full locker.

Q. What is the yearly bag storage fee?
A. Yearly bag storage is $90

Q. What is the yearly GHIN handicap fee?
A. Your GHIN # and Maintenance fee is $45

Q. Do I pay cart fees when I want to ride in a cart?
A. Yes the cart fees are $16 for 18 holes and $9 for 9 holes.

Q. Can I ride or walk whenever I choose?
A. Yes. Oxmoor does not have stipulations on when you can ride or walk.

Q. What are Oxmoors guest fee for golf?
A. During the week guest fees are $55 and on the weekends (Fri., Sat., Sun.) they are $65. Although, Thursdays are our guest days and you can bring guests for $35. Also, family members are $40 all the time! Guest fees always include cart rental whether a cart is used or not.

Q. When is the fitness room open?
A. 24 hours a day. You may get a key from the office which provides 24 hour access to the fitness room.

Q. When is the restaurant open?
A. The Oxmoor dinning room is open Tuesday thru Sunday for lunch and dinner.

Q. When are we billed.
A. You will get a statement in the mail which we mail out the first of every month.

Q. Can we pay our bill with a credit card.
A. Yes, but there is a $25 charge for each statement paid by credit card.

Q. Can our guests pay for their golf and food?
A. Yes. We are a non-cash facility but your guests may pay with a credit card.

Q. With over 500 members is it hard to get tee times?
A. That depends. If you know in advance when you want to play you will never have trouble making a tee time. We take tee times up to 2 weeks in advance. As long as your not calling for a popular time the day of you should have zero trouble.

Q. How do I meet the other members?
A. The best way is to play in our Tuesday night men and women leagues. Teams are by blind draw and we play a different game each Tuesday.

Q. What is the finical situation at Oxmoor?
A. Financially, Oxmoor is as good as it’s ever been. With strong membership numbers and an active club the future looks very bright. We would be happy to show you actual financials if you please.

Q. Is Oxmoor a membership owned facility?
A. Yes. Which means the profits go right back into the club and your membership is transferable.

Q. Can I use a room at Oxmoor for a party?
A. Of course. As a member you can rent a room for $0 room rental fee, but you must use Oxmoor for any catering needs.

Q. What are the future plans for improving Oxmoor?
A. We have many plans. At the top of the list would be the par 3 course in the middle of the front nine, aesthetic improvement to the clubhouse and some minor course renovations.
