Ladies – Wednesday Play Day Games
April 14 – 9:00am – OPENING DAY 4 PERSON SCRAMBLE.
April 21 – 9:00am – TEE TO GREEN – Each player counts her strokes from Tee to Green. (Ball is considered on the green if it is touching).
April 28 – 9:00am – MODIFIED STABLEFORD POINTS – Players receive 5 points – Eagle / 4 points – Birdie / 3 points – Par / 2 points – bogey / 1 point – double bogey.
May 5 – 9:00am – BEST 9 OF 18 – Each player is allowed to select her 9 best holes, which must include two par 3’s, five par 4’s and two par 5’s.
May 12 – 9:00am – PAR FOURS – Total all par fours and subtract 50% handicap for score.
May 19 – 9:00am - NASSAU – This is a separate contest for the best front nine net score, the best back nine next score and the best overall net score.
May 26 – 9:00am – RACE TRACK – Most Net 3’s Wins / Most Net 4’s Shows / Most Net 5’s Places
June 2 – 8:30am – THROW A HOLE – Player chooses two holes to throw out before play and revert to par. Subtract 20% handicap June 9 – 8:30am - LOW NET PLUS PUTTS – Player counts low net score and then add the number of total putts
June 16 – 8:30am – BRIDGMAN BEST BALL OF FOURSOME – Four players are a team using full handicap. 1-6 – 1 Best Ball / 7 – 12 – 2 Best Balls / 13 – 18 – 3 Best Balls
June 23 – 8:30am – OLGA GUEST DAY (OLGA Members Only) OR 2:00pm - Pick your own game (If not an OLGA Member)
June 30 – 8:30am – FLAG DAY TOURNAMENT – Individual takes flag as far as handicap allows. July 7 – 8:30am – PUTTS – Player with fewest Putts wins (50% of 18 Hole Hdcp).
July 14 – 8:30am – MOST GREENS HIT – Player counts greens hit in regulation. Subtract 50% Hdcp. July 21 – 8:30am – ODD HOLES FRONT NINE, EVEN BACK – Add up odd holes on front and even on back. 50% HandicapJuly 28 – 8:30am – BEST BALL OF TWO – Best Ball of twosome is recorded for score on each hole. Full Hdcp August 4 – 8:30am –LOW NET – Players subtract full handicap from gross scoreAugust 11 – 8:30am –HONEST JOHN – Player predicts her gross score before play. Closest prediction without going over, is winner August 18 – 8:30am – OLGA GUEST DAY (OLGA Members Only) OR 2:00pm - Pick your own game (If not an OLGA Member)
August 25 – 8:30am – PRO SHOP PICK – Pro shop will pick 1 hole on front and 1 on back and revert players score on those holes to One
September 1 – 8:30am – LADIES EXCHANGE DAY September 8 – 9:00am – PRO’S SCORE & YOURS – Player chooses 6 holes before play and Pro’s Score on those holes counts.
September 15 – 9:00am – BIRTHDAY TOURNAMENT – Player gets a birdie on the hole corresponding to their birthday. E.g. 19th would be 1 plus 9 for a 10, so you would receive a birdie on hole 10.
September 22 – 9:00am – THREE, THREE, THREE – Player with the best score using three par 3’s / Three par 4’s / Three par 5’s. Use 50% Handicap
September 29 – 9:00am – GAUDY BALL – Each player must play the Gawdy Ball on at least 4 holes. Two team members must play the Gawdy Ball on 5 holes to complete 18. Team with lowest score and turning in Gawdy Ball to Pro Shop wins
